Diagnosed systemic SPM portfolio failures including ghost hours, cross-pillar leakage, over-allocation, and plan sprawl (80-plus resource plans per project). Quantified $837K in annualized waste against $58K remediation investment for a 1,486% return on investment. Engineered an evidence-backed SPM stabilization model linking story points to velocity, capacity, and cost. Designed Lean Six Sigma experiments and PDCA cycles correcting time charging, resource planning, and demand intake.

Managed multi-phase ServiceNow initiatives spanning SPM, CSM, and Employee Center rollout.
