Capabilities

ASPMCS works in four lanes. The method is the same in each: every finding traces from capability to process to requirement to a test someone else can run. We are a single-member firm and team as a subcontractor or partner. Our past performance is commercial; we have not held a federal contract to date.

Business Architecture and Systems Engineering

NAICS 541611 (primary), 541690

What we deliver. Strategic business architecture: capability maps, value streams, and stakeholder and information maps. Execution business architecture: process design, operating model, and handoffs. Systems engineering needs analysis, concepts of operations, requirements traceability, and analyses of alternatives.

Method. Settle intent at the capability level before decomposing to process, then carry each capability through to a testable requirement. Business Architecture Guild reference models and the INCOSE and Kossiakoff systems engineering canon are the references.

Proof. SAP SuccessFactors HR transformation, RWE Americas (2026): mapped about 16 client processes to about 18 SAP standard flows and converted 7 stakeholder interviews into 18 requirements traced to named test scenarios. Field-Level Maintenance Architecture research presented at the AI4SE workshop (SERC), September 2026.

Program Governance and Customer-Side Oversight

NAICS 541611, 541618

What we deliver. Integrated planning, RAID management, schedule and resource control, statement of work and integrator oversight, quality gates, and go-live readiness decisions.

Method. Hold quality without owning the build. The customer keeps its own record of requirements, risks, and decisions, so a readiness call rests on evidence rather than on the integrator's status report.

Proof. RWE Americas (2026), customer-side HR project management: consolidated 180+ requirements to recover the baseline and set the go-live readiness test. PfMP, PgMP, and PMP.

IT Service Management

NAICS 541512

What we deliver. ITIL 4 incident, problem, change, and service level practices; KCS v6 knowledge; ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and SPM; CMDB and CSDM 5 data foundations.

Method. Stabilize the foundation before adding features. Service definitions, data, and knowledge practices come first, so the platform reports what is actually happening.

Proof. ServiceNow client engagements through esolutionsONE (2025): ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management delivered a 30% operating efficiency improvement. Amicus Therapeutics through Robert Half (2025): Employee Center rollout delivered a 35% increase in self-service adoption.

Workforce Development and Organizational Psychology

NAICS 611430, 541611

What we deliver. Industrial-organizational psychology applied to the workforce: motivation and leadership development, organizational development, change readiness and adoption risk, and training evaluation built on research and quantitative methods. Course design and case studies, instructor enablement so a client's own staff can teach the material, and career transition support for service members.

Method. Design for how people actually learn and adopt, then measure whether they did. Training is evaluated against the behavior it was meant to change, not attendance.

Proof. St. Michael's Learning Academy (2026 to present), prime: designed a 10-week ServiceNow course with CSA-aligned case studies for a veterans SkillBridge program, and built one-to-one career transition packages for its learners. Amicus Therapeutics (2025): persona-based training and communication strategy. MS, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Arizona State University.
